European Cultural Foundation - is one of the leading independent organizations dedicated to cultural development and cultural policy as well as to active support of cultural cooperation. It was founded in Switzerland in 1954; today its headquarters are located in Amsterdam. Its goal is promoting, initiating, developing and supporting cultural cooperation in Europe and neighboring countries.
